Refund Policy
At ART ON WAX, every piece is individually handcrafted in small artisan batches using premium palm wax and natural materials. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
We gladly accept returns or replacements for products that arrive damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Due to the artisanal and fragile nature of wax products, we do not accept returns for:
- Normal wax imperfections
- Natural texture variations
- Minor color differences
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, heat exposure, open environments, or accidents after delivery
Our reusable decorative vessel concept is designed as an artistic secondary life of the candle. Because each piece is handcrafted from natural wax materials, the final reusable form may vary depending on burn conditions, environment, handling, and usage.
The decorative planter transformation is intended as a creative bonus experience and is not guaranteed under all usage conditions.
