At ART ON WAX, every piece is individually handcrafted in small artisan batches using premium palm wax and delicate artisan techniques. Because of the handmade nature of our products, processing and preparation times may vary depending on collection availability and order volume.
We carefully package every order to ensure your piece arrives safely and beautifully presented.
Processing & Preparation Time
Because our products are handmade and fragile by nature, we take time to carefully prepare, inspect, package, and protect each order before shipment.
Please allow up to:

before your order is shipped.
This preparation time helps us ensure that each piece arrives safely and meets the quality and artistic standards of ART ON WAX.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
During limited drops, launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to handcrafted production schedules.
Shipping Time
Estimated shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier services.
Typical delivery estimates:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

Limited Batch Collections
Many ART ON WAX products are released in limited handcrafted batches.
If a collection sells out, customers may need to wait until the next artisan production batch becomes available.
Shipping Protection
Every order is carefully packaged to help protect delicate wax sculptures during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- clear photos of the product,
- packaging,
- and shipping label.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
ART ON WAX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for:
- customs duties,
- import taxes,
- or additional local fees depending on their country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
